Bailey the Angora (Sold)
OK so Bailey isn't a Nigerian Dwarf, but it seemed silly to put her elsewhere. She is from Enchanted Acres in Wisconsin. I got her to see if I liked having a fiber animal! Better to get one and see if it works well! She was always a little aloof until she became a mother, and then has become one of the sweetest and most in-your-face goats of the herd! A complete 180!
She had a birthing of "Oops" Nigerian x Angora kids summer 2013. George managed to escape his pen (latch chain not tight enough, I found) while I was leading to the milk stand for hoof trimming.. Needless to say, he bred her once before I could catch him, and five months later two kids were born!
The kids were named Ron (who was wethered) and Luna, and they went to a fantastic pet home! Both kids were blue eyed and stark white with bunny soft, shiny fur. In fact, they're pictured on the about us page!
